The Kawagoe Festival, held on full fledged after 4years of COVID 19 suspension, is a festival that conveys the spirit of Edo’s Tenka Matsuri, official festival viewed by the Shogun, where gorgeous floats are pulled around the city, and it takes many visitors back to the days of Edo.
